I know this thread is somewhere here but after over a hour of looking i cannot find it anymore, please accept my appology if any of this is a repeat.
I got a used Taig CNC Mill with a SIlver Shuttle Pro which through reading to form I discovered is not really a PRO version but has to be treated as the Plain Shuttle, and all will be ok, I followed the instructions that were with the download. To sumarize.
Download the Shuttle pro Plug in
Uninstall any software you put in with the shuttle Pro
Unplug the shuttle Pro from the USB port
plug in the Shuttle Pro (windows will tell you it has found new hardware and install a basic connection to it the instructions that come with the download do a EXCELLENT job of telling you EXACTLY what to to and you need to follow them CAREFULLY and all will work. I had to read some parts over as I just bounced through the first time and this lead to some missed ....opportunities.... shall we say, anyway, follow the instructions.
ANyway then install plug in, into Mach 3
In Mach 3 configure the plug in to what you want and make sure to select the CORRECT type of unit (mine says its a pro but it has to be put under the regular shuttle and then works fine.) and the instructions will tell you how to determine this very easily also.
then (remember to press the reset button, and not be in a special mode) and your pendant should work supper as mine now does, thanks to those who pointed me to the other forum on this pendant so that I can get it running, much easier to run and work with now.

Notice the bottom right corner, under type i have selected shuttle even though it says it is a shuttle pro on the outside it was a mid run change in names and this has been a issue for others in the past, but if the correct one is selected all will work fine.
