What would you all recommend i set my motor speed and accells to in motor tuning? To start with..

also- is there any way to make ignore tool change go away permanently?? as in default would be to recognize tool changes?

I have been having trouble with mach 3 running long programs. lately I have finished my digitizing probe and went to digitize a part and only got 500 lines. I tried it a second time and it stopped in the same place. Once I stop running the g code all that happens is the last line of code repletes its self from where it stopped to the end of the window. Has any one experienced this or knows how to fix this? Also, what are you all using to work with the point clouds?

Ok, so i bought the griffin powermate, hooked it up, when i press the knob in, it goes through the different axis like it should but does nothing when i turn it, I am using the powermate plugin, Also i saw a few post's on the internet in other forums with people having the same issue, but there where no solutions or posts it was just them asking for help.

I updated mach3 to the latest version, and downloaded the plugin directly from the artsoft site. you would think it would work....

I created a few parts last night, cshut everything down and cleaned up and went to bed. I wake up today and I go to make a few other parts and when I run Mach3, it tells me that an External E-Stop was requested and it won't let me run the machine. I'm using the G540 controller and everything seems to be working fine otherwise but it won't move the machine. Any ideas?
