Has anyone noticed chatter when using the A2Z end mill holders on thier mills?

I was facing a block of 6061, making cuts of 2.5 mil using a 3/8 roughing end mil, at the lowest spindle speed. The chatter was slight but it left noticeable marks on the material. I changed to the 3/8 ER16 collet and the problem did not re-occur. The cuts were much cleaner as well.

Metric Collets

Hi,

Does anybody sell metric collets for the non ER mill spindle? Using the 0.001" over and 0.004 under rule on the Taig site nominal metric sizes (4, 5 & 6mm etc.) fit nicely between the imperial collets!

X Axis Tilt

I have found that the X axis carriage on my 2019 has a 0.006 inch tilt with the front portion of the table high. I looked through the sites to see if there was an adjustment to clean this up, but wasn't able to find one. Has anyone else found this and how did you adjust it out?

I have ordered a 2019 CNC ready mill, but I plan on using in the manual configuration to learn milling. The sales person is putting together a package of starter equipment for me. What are the tools and accessories that I should start getting to have in my inventory? I think that a rotary table would be extremely helpful, but that might be my inexperience.
