Great enclosure Len. I am jealous!!!!!

You are using some cool products I have never heard of.....Liquid Electrical Tape, and Spray on rubber. I have had some projects in the past where these would have been very useful. I must keep them in mind for future projects.

Keep the great pics coming!!!!

Thanks guys, I had quite a bit of help from all of you as well...

As for the Spray on rubber, It is made by Plasti-Dip, the same company that makes the liquid rubber for dipping plier and other tool handles, (when i was a lineman, we would use different colors to sort our tools) . I used laminate then sprayed with the spray on plasti-dip just to be sure, I really does turn to rubber as i peeled some by accident when it was still soft and had to respray it.

Dont sweat the relays mlp they are simple compared to the rest. I will post pictures of the rest and i still plan on doing a dc spindle motor as well but i had some work i had to get done on it, so i had to get it running.

I had looked at the penn state motor setup. Anyone have any advice on this setup? I think it should be controllable with the g540 connected to the pot on the motor speed controller.

any advice on a motor setup (i dont want to use the sherline one)?
