PostSubject: Hi   Thu Oct 22, 2009 6:24 pm

I am an on and off TAIG user for a couple of years. I have both the lathe and mill. The main use besides goofing off is to make slot cars. My questions are usually simple as my needs are such. I buy tools when I see a use beyond a one time a occasion.

Hi, welcome aboard! Good to see another Buckeye on here. I'm originally from Ohio myself, I can still remember getting to go to the Bob Barker in show Cincinnati as a kid (I got a camera from him!)

I grew up in Champaign county around Urbana. It's about an hour from Cincinnati.

PostSubject: Re: Hi   Mon Oct 26, 2009 8:02 am

I am doing a web page on my shop (aka - The dungeon of Doom and Despair) which is about 50% of the basement and is a real man cave. The home owner before me had a bar and a monster shower which is my little workshop. The bar is my slot car track with cabinets underneath for storage. I will post the page when done.

Here is my old workshop but that was before the mill and lathe. It is now gone but the new setup is better - better tools and more of a workshop.
