Hi.

Found this forum for me and my little taig milll, and signed up.
Getting a Taig in Norway not easy, so I bought a used one on eBay (USA) in March. Got it sent over from US to Norway with boat, and had it up running in May. A very handy machine, and have made some small and "big" parts. Bought a Sherline rotation table too, so now have a 4th axis.
Use Turbocnc, but see that MACH3 is some more Hi-end. Will probebly go for mack3, but then need a new computer (use a old laptop now in DOS- modus)

Hope that I will learn some more about the machine within this forum, or share some of my experience from my use with other members.

(Allready found that the y-axis trust bearing have to be changed, some rought sound comming out shile y-axis runs, so a little service have to be made.)

hei og mottakelse til klubben

no I am not really good in Norwegian, but I thought
a friendly hello would be nice. Yes there are areas here
just for MACH 3, I know many of us use it and it is quite
easy to use, have fun and learn lots.

håper at du finner hva du leter etter, god bye

Bryan

Hi and/og Hei to Bryan, jeg forstod din norsk helt greit.

I do believe I will learn some from this forum, and hopefully give something back too.
Must set up a desktop PC to run Mach3. Have only plaid with it on my laptop without running any machine.

So, once again, thanks for your warm welcome.

Håvard.
