Another great project Dean. I will have a go at this one myself in the near future. Thanks for the link for drawings. Do you have any tips on what to watch out for, or is it fairly straightforward? Did you use a reamer for the 0.375 diameter in the main block?
If you had to do it again, would you do anything differently?

Hi Dave;
I used a boring bar for the cylinder, but a reamer should do fine.
I have a web page for the construction of this engine. It's not quite finished but I have the first draft on my server if you want to see it.

Another excellent documented project website Dean. Will come in very handy for the build.

The reason I ask about the reamer is because I don't have any that small. It is the only thing I could think of that I didn't have that I would need for this project. Although I do have a few boring bars, so that sorts that out.
