 Playin with the Taig CNC Mill

I got my mill up and running this weekend and got a chance to Test it out..

I cut this Aluminum Marlin Sculpture, Roughing at 10 ipm at .062 per pass with .02 stepover using a .125 endmill. Finish was at 25 ipm at .005 stepover. Came out really nice and Shiny,

Now I want to work on 2 sided work... cheers

What software are you using for that?

Cut 3D, meshcam?

That was with Cut 3D ..The marlin is in their sample files on the free trial

That was with Cut 3D ..The marlin is in their sample files on the free trial


so how long did that take to cut?

The Marlin Took around 2 Hours if I remember Correctly
