I dont know if this is the place for this- but i have the stock controller board from my mill just sitting here. Perhaps someone with better knowledge of CNC can get it to work better than I did.

The best I managed was 20 IPM, but this may have been because of my computer... as when i got my Gecko 540 I still had the same issues until I made some setting changes in the computer.

SO-- up for grabs... I think it may be an Allegro chip? What ever that means... but it is less than a month old and has very little use on it. Comes with fan.. and all of the connectors that were attached to the motors...

I would like to see 100.00 out of it.

Keith

BUYER BEWARE-- I wish i could publically advertise this. I mean, its one thing to sell something on ebay as a private party-- but as a dealer of a product.. he should offer SOME sort of support.

Guys like him, DO grow on trees.

If you put your Rapids down to 10-12 in/min you are fine and it runs much better, (mine is in MM so I run at 300 mm/min) and then you have much less problems and it is easier on your motors too, not quite as fast but then all of it faster than manual machining by a large factor right!

Made with a deep groove 1 controller :
(thanks for the code Admin!

stepping fine and no issues other than my lack of knowledge, but that is getting better each time I try and do something more, the more you use it the better you will become.
